Yes, we do advertise occasionally and are active on local Social Media Groups, where we can support our communities, but we refuse to buy your business; purchasing leads is just not the way we choose to do business.

The times have changed and we are adjusting to the new style expected by the new generation of Clients who need to have the companies they choose to work with, verified by a badge. But did you know that many of those portals like HomeStars can sell you a badge for a few hundred dollars a month? Those sites are all about making money and the verification of the companies they "promote" is the last on their list. How sure are you know about the knowledge and the experience of the company you chose, because it had a blue sticker by their profile?

Sanding and staining and installing railing

Very pleased with Gerber Flooring with the time they spent to finish our flooring and stairs/railings. It completes our home to what we hoped it would look like. They arrived daily and worked their magic without flaw. The colour they/we chose completes our home. They were here daily and worked very hard to the end of the day and kept to our finish on time. Their products were to their specs and the smell in the house was not noticed. Great results. Very happy customers!

Kitchen Hardwood Floor Sanding and Refinishing

Our well worn hardwood kitchen floor, which has been down for about 30 years and was in need of sanding and refinishing. Beyond Expectations!

We found out about Berger Flooring from a Google search. We were looking to refinish floors in a house we had bought, rather than buy all new hardwood. The wood was in good shape, just a dated colour. From our initial inquiry, we were contacted right away and given a quote and possible start dates. It was a very professional and positive first impression. Richard and his team were prompt, respectful and did a wonderful job. His equipment was virtually dust free and the products used are environmentally friendly and good quality. We are delighted with the results - colour and sheen are perfect.

Sanding and refinishing main floor rooms

Great job. My floors were in pretty bad shape after 20 years of use and I was impressed on how fast and professional the process was to restore them to a new look finish. It was a very large area and the cost was very competitive and as far as I'm concerned worth every penny! I have no problem giving them a 10 out of 10!

Stair Refinishing

We hired Gerber to re-stain our handrails, bullnose and posts/newels. They also painted out our stringers. Absolutely stunned with Richards attention to detail. I highly recommend Gerber if you are looking for quality work.

Floor repair and Refinishing

We requested 3 different quotes and had contractors visit our home to see our kitchen renovation project. Richard was the only one who came in and right away understood our plans, developed a plan of attack on the spot and gave us the confidence that he knew exactly what we wanted. Within a few hours we had a professional quote emailed to us and it was less expensive than the other 2. He has now completed the project and we love our new floors and kitchen. Floor refinishing

We were on a tight schedule, trying to get the floors done before moving into an older home. Richard was very accommodating, efficient, and detail-oriented, and showed up when he said he would.
